Included in this plan:
- 2 Prenatal educational visits in your home or location of your choice that include:
- creating a birth plan
- education on the birth process and different coping mechanisms that can be used during labor
- discussion of pros and cons of interventions potentially seen in the delivery process
- education on postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and how to take care of your newborn
- Labor and Delivery support including 1 hour after birth
- 1 Postpartum visit in your home
- Unlimited text and email support during pregnancy
Option to add on additional prenatal or postpartum visits for $50 per hour.
