My name is Shannon Goodrich and I am a registered nurse living in Charleston, SC. I earned my Bachelors of Science in nursing at Clemson University. I have worked the past 8 years as a registered nurse in South Carolina and have experience working in labor and delivery as well as most recently working at a fertility clinic supporting those trying to grow their families.
I am the mother of two beautiful girls and have a passion for helping moms have the best birth experience possible. My first delivery was a long labor followed by an emergency cesarean. After this experience I dedicated myself to prepare for a VBAC ( vaginal birth after cesarean). In June 2024 I had my successful VBAC that was empowering and the most beautiful experience of my life. I would love to help others achieve the birth they both desire and deserve. Along with my two deliveries I have also exclusively breastfed both of my girls and would love to help you with your breastfeeding journey if that is the path you wish to take in feeding your new baby.
Along with my medical and personal experience in the birthing world I also am a certified yoga sculpt instructor and marathon runner. I have a passion for health and fitness and would love to help you find ways to incorporate this into your pregnancy and postpartum journey.
